Premium activewear brand GLDN PNT reached out to Interwoven Design to create their introductory men’s and women’s activewear collections for the popular sport of Padel. Interwoven focused on creating a brand strategy that included the overall look and feel of the capsule collection, developing a cohesive color and fabric story, silhouette development, and designing signature elements that would become part of the brand DNA. We also handled the branding for the final apparel and accessories. Throughout the design process, Interwoven worked closely with the GLDN PNT team to ensure that each piece met the necessary standards for functionality and aesthetic appeal. Launched in June of 2024, the collection includes men’s and women’s athletic tank tops, t-shirts, shorts, skirts, and more.

Overview
From initial brand strategy and color concept development to the final fitting of the garments, Interwoven led a comprehensive design process to create GLDN PNT's Padel sportswear collection. Beginning with identifying market gaps, Interwoven collaborated closely with GLDN PNT to conceptualize a specialized clothing line tailored for the sport of Padel. Extensive research into market trends and consumer preferences guided the development of silhouettes that were both stylish and functional.
The next phase involved meticulous silhouette and technical design. Interwoven created prototypes and detailed tech packs for manufacturing for each garment in the collection. This stage included sourcing high-performance fabrics, ensuring each material met the rigorous demands of Padel while aligning with the collection's design and branding goals. As prototypes were refined through multiple fit sessions, feedback from both Interwoven and GLDN PNT's teams informed iterative improvements. This collaborative process extended to the development of unique graphics, logos, and garment labels, each designed to enhance brand identity and integrate seamlessly into the apparel.
Brand Strategy, Color & Concept
GLDN PNT identified a market gap in Padel sportswear, prompting a collaboration with Interwoven to fill it. The teams conceptualized a specialized clothing line for the sport, ensuring it would be on trend and meet target audience needs. Interwoven researched market trends and observed Padel events to anticipate future needs, identifying key silhouettes and creating mood boards to capture the desired tone and brand colors suitable for both men and women. By analyzing market trends and consumer preferences, Interwoven developed comprehensive collections tailored to player needs, refining each silhouette through multiple rounds to ensure style and functionality.
Silhouette Development
During the silhouette development phase, Interwoven brought the concept boards to life by pairing each silhouette with the ideal textiles. Drawing from an extensive material library and strong industry connections, Interwoven sourced high-quality performance fabrics tailored to the demands of Padel and tennis, aligning with the project's design and branding goals. Fabrics were selected to enhance performance, comfort, and durability. Special features included a waterproof pocket for men's shorts to keep the ball dry and technical high-stretch UV fabric for sun protection. Women's skirts featured a double-entry ball pocket, blending style with functionality on and off the court. This meticulous sourcing process was crucial to maintaining the integrity and quality of the final product.
Prototyping & Technical Design
Interwoven collaborated closely with GLDN PNT to develop prototypes and technical drawings, refining each garment. The garments underwent rigorous fitting sessions to ensure optimal comfort, performance, and aesthetic appeal, incorporating feedback from GLDN PNT’s marketing team to iteratively improve the collection. Detailed tech packs were created for each garment, providing manufacturing instructions and specifications. Ongoing support from Interwoven ensured adjustments were made as needed, guaranteeing the final products met all requirements. By maintaining a focus on quality and innovation throughout the entire process, Interwoven successfully launched GLDN PNT's Padel sportswear collection, embodying a blend of functional excellence and distinctive brand identity.
Branding & Graphics
Interwoven meticulously crafted and developed branding elements including T-shirt graphics, reflective heat-seal logos, visor and hat embroideries, and garment labels. Each design was strategically placed and sized to seamlessly integrate into every garment, ensuring optimal performance on the court while artfully expressing the essence of the GLDN PNT brand.
